For professional women of color, it can be a hard to put herself first when it comes to her emotional and mental health. Now, more than ever, it is important for women to practice good self-care order to achieve an overall state of wellness while continuing to pursue her dreams. Dr. Gena’s Serenity Sanctuary is a specialized online community & lounge that gives women the opportunity to focus on self and being in a safe and authentic way.
